Gyumono combines interactive Yakiniku-style tabletop grilling, freshly prepared sushi and sashimi, premium meat selections, Halal options, and a modern group-dining environment. We are looking for passionate partners to help bring the Gyumono dining experience to new communities across Canada.
Gyumono launched its first location in Pickering in 2025 with a vision to create a complete and authentic Japanese dining experience that brings people together through variety, quality, and shared dining.
Our long-term goal is to establish Gyumono as a recognizable premium AYCE Japanese BBQ and Sushi brand across the GTA and other Ontario markets while maintaining consistent food quality, service, and brand standards.
Within the first year of operation, over 10,000 guests have experienced the Gyumono dining experience.
